Grant of License: Upon verified payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to download, view, and read the purchased digital guide solely for your own personal educational or internal business learning purposes.

Strict Prohibitions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, upload to public file-sharing networks, republish, broadcast, alter, or commercially exploit any guide or portion thereof without our explicit, prior written authorization. 4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and represent one-time purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise guide pricing at any time without retroactive impact on prior purchases. Payment is processed via Razorpay. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to utilize the chosen payment instrument.

5. Digital Delivery Terms

Digital product delivery occurs automatically upon verified payment confirmation from the payment gateway. You will be provided immediate download access on the post-payment confirmation screen, as well as an automated delivery email. It is your sole responsibility to provide an accurate, working email address during checkout.

Mosmo Guides does NOT make any promise, representation, or guarantee that purchasing or implementing any guide will result in sales, earnings, profits, marketplace approvals, account retention, or financial success.

E-commerce success is determined by numerous factors outside our knowledge or control, including your execution, product selection, supplier quality, platform algorithm updates, market competition, pricing, and capital. You assume full responsibility for your business actions and financial outcomes.

Mosmo Guides is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, or any third-party marketplace. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Mosmo Guides, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use or inability to use our website or digital guides. In all events, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific guide giving rise to the claim.
